Phone cards make great sense

My son recently left to return to his country of birth and he had a 23 hour trip ahead of him. I was worried about all the things that go wrong so I bought him an international calling card so that he could phone me from where ever he was if he needed to get in touch for whatever reason. And it was a really good choice - the best purchase for him.

He got standed in Hamburg, Germany.  We needed to reorganise his flight and could not have done this had he been solely reliant on a few coins in a phone box. Consider though that most phone booths do not accept coins these days - a phone card, indeed, international calling cards are really the way to go now if you or your loved ones are travelling abroad.

Don’t risk it. You always need to be able to make a phonecall no matter where you are in the world.

LA Police Gear

If you are into uniform-type dressing then maybe LA Police Gear will be right up your street. And why not…? people these days like to dress in army-issue khaki’s for the weekend so why not Police Gear?

These clothes are designed to be tough and withstand alot of wear especially BDU Pants which you can wear anywhere at anytime. And still look quite smart at the same time. And they are not as expensive as you might think they would be. Just good tough trousers that wash well and can take just about anything you can throw at them over the weekend.

Dr Who reigns

Dr Who definitely reigns in this household. What man alive does not follow the escapades of the time travelling doctor and his ever changing female assistants?

Certainly not the men in my house!

It is strange; whenever something needs to be done around the place it gets done so long as Dr Who is not being broadcast on the television. Once this show starts, girls, forget about gaining your mans attention for the next hour or so. No matter what you do, no matter how you look or dress - if the Doctor is on the television you can forget about everything until the show is finished.

Forget about dressing up as a naughty schoolgirl or naughty nurse…don the robes of Dr Who and you just might get a response!
