Those lumps and bumps – that post-xmas tummy.
You need to get out and do some : ab workouts and get really fit for that bikini. Time will not wait so get out there today!

There are so many scams these days that the good stuff gets caught up in the not so good.
Take for instance the acai berries scam and the fact that all you have to do is look up the reviews posted by real consumers. That’s where your answer lies.

It’s Oscars night!

No doubt the botox will have been used in huge quantities and the indoor tanning lotion will have been used by the gallon. Just look at them – nobody can possibly look so perfect without so much cosmetic help can they…?
