Look after those tools guys!

As we live in an agricultural area we see a wide variety of farm machinery both on properties and on the roads. The local workshop in the village does a brisk trade in fixing the various tools and tractors that break down and this is often due to the fact that, to save money, the workers hang onto old equipment.
This is not only costly but dangerous. Guys, take a good look around your workshop or factory and do an inventory on what needs replacing and if any maintenance is long overdue. Better still go for a company that specialises in selling and servicing such brands as festool.

See the review before you buy
May 13, 2008 on 8:08 am | In Finance, Miscellaneous | No CommentsIt seems as thought there is a new magic potion hitting the shelves every week now which promises to take anything from five to twenty years off your face, and of course women in their droves rush to buy it. Sadly just as many end up disappointed.
Just recently we had a baby nappy lotion which was said to smooth the face and did brisk business for a few days before it pertered out; before that there was that stuff which resembled egg white which formed a film on the face and cost over eighty dollars. So popular that it sold for hundreds on Ebay. Let me advise you. If you want to buy an anti wrinkle cream and want to find out which one will work and which one will simply empty your wallet then follow that link and read the reviews first.
It’s updated frequently.

Keeping the kids happy
May 10, 2008 on 11:53 am | In Culture, Miscellaneous | No CommentsLast Xmas we finally gave in to our kids requests and bought them each one of those hand-held game consoles. Now, as they are young we were glad to see that there was a range of games to suit their age and they have played happily with them since then. But it was a good decision to buy two though.
They are now the second generation of ‘gamers’ in the family; I bought the very first nintendo that came out and had a lot of fun with it. Personally I reckon that the original format was the best and have a genuine affection for the first Mario and Zelda that appeared - primitive now as they may seem
Now my own kids have the benefit of how technology has moved on in the gaming world; my eldest have the xbox 360Â and, even though it all seems too complicated for me, it looks like a lot of fun.
