Did John Titor lose his watch…?

January 4, 2009 on 1:12 pm | In Magic, Science Fiction Technology | No Comments

One of the most fascinating things to consider is the possibility of time travel. Plenty of people discuss it, plenty discount it and certainly plenty believe it is possible. In fact, we even have the name of one alleged time traveller and it is NOT Dr Who.

We are talking about John Titor of course.

But something very interesting has been unearthed in China. A 100 year old Swiss watch has been discovered in a Ming Dynasty tomb that has not been opened for 400 years. Who owned the watch and how did it get inside a tomb that was last sealed 300 years BEFORE the watch was created…?

Watches were not around at the time of the Ming Dynasty, of course, and Switzerland did not even exist as a country back then.

How did it get there?

Sceptics are calling it an early april fools joke but there is no doubt that we have a hell of a mystery to solve here. Did John Titor – or another time traveller – lose his watch in that tomb?

Fascinating.
