Some of the things we have seen in this business would make your eyes pop. One little English boy decided that he would change the settings on the TV in the room and it took us weeks to correct the problem. One couple decided to take home souvenirs in the form of several teacups and plates from our dining room.
One time a man decided to alter the flush mechanism on the toilet and checked out leaving the cistern in pieces all over the bathroom and two faucets disappeared on one occasion. Our rental bikes have been officially retired after being returned with punctures so many times that we got fed up replacing the inner tubes.
Oh well, all in a days work I suppose.
